Join us February 10, 2024 from 1pm-4pm PST at Mill Creek Christian Church 1660 S St, Bakersfield, CA 93308 in the Fellowship Hall for our Black Healing Summit!

We will have healing-based workshops, African drumming, group activities, giveaways, food and more!

Community Interventions welcomes you to attend the Black Healing Summit - a one-day event focused on providing healing from community violence, incarceration, mental wellness & anti-black experiences faced by many in our communities today.“Community Interventions is excited to create a safe and positive space to intentionally focus on the Healing of the Black community in the Central Valley,” says Ucedrah Osby, Community Interventions President. “Our healing journey is vital to increasing the quality of our lives.

The Black Healing Summit seeks to address various ways that black communities are impacted by systemic violence. With a mission of confronting social justice, issues of mass incarceration, health, racial, economic, education, and housing inequities through. The Black Healing Summit is an opportunity for us all - individuals, families, and organizations - To come together as a community committed to restoring our minds, bodies & spirits.
